Sylva-Bay Academy has a comprehensive master plan that identifies both the existing and future needs of the school. Our School Improvement Team (SIT TEAM) meets regularly to review our progress, our shortcomings and how to best address the needs of our growing institution. Over recent years, SBA has addressed many of the most pressing needs, yet many still remain. Updated in 2010, SBA's SIT Plan continues to provide a clear vision of the future of our school, specifying areas for growth and improvement.
