SBA STUDENTS EXCEL IN COMPETITIONS ON JANUARY 21
On Saturday, January 21, two different teams of SBA students traveled to Jackson to participate in two different competitions.

The Mock Trial Team participated in a Competition sponsored by the Mississippi Bar Association. The students scored in the 90's on their performance and acheived good and excellent scores from the judges. Special congratulations to Emily Gully and Victoria Wardrop for being named Outstanding Witnesses and to Shelby Kemp and Brittany Strickland for being named Outstanding Attorneys.
The SBA Quiz Bowl Team traveled to Madison Central High School to compete in the Invitational Academic Tournment and won two of their four matches. They also accumulated the most points during this tournament than they had in previous tournaments. SBA's Quiz Bowl is comprised of (L to R) Shayn Wardrop, Thomas Hillman, Cade Anderson, Emily Gully, Nathan Hutchinson, Emileigh Blackwell and Lee Sullivan.
